    Dear Pandey Ji,
The letter you have given to the Honrable Chairman is no doubt a good step. But let us see how far he entertain this letter. We really became beggers. If we are doing something and not getting any result let us make it a big issue by doing a big agitation.Otherwise in our whole life we have been begging like this.So take a big step.

    • s k das says:

mishra sir u r absolutely right.it is difficult to unite teachers.that is why the result is there.this must be last hope.next move mass agitation/mass leave/CAT.

  • A.S.Mazumdar says:

Right step,go with all documents on MACPS and explain to HRM how the imminent grant of MACPS in sept last has been procrastinated due to bureaucratic mess. It should also be clear to HRM/ GOI that the kv teachers at all levels;kv,region and Delhi will go on the street on coming teachers day ignoring appeals and threats; with the help of media and knowledgeable people,it wil impact and leave obvious implicit impression on the seizure attitude of Govt on kv teachers just demands. Remember this is the election year and our concerted effort will not go in vain.

    Mr Pandey
All these demands are genuine and should be discuss with chairman kvs it is appreciable go head we are with you ,but in these days burning topic is increasing time of one hrs 10 minutes many lady teachers who have small kids facing a lot problem but you have not mention it in the demand do you know that in this july your membership is going to decline due to it because in national convention you promise that i ll be resign if i could not restore the 6 hrs 10 minute then think about it yourself and also about after two year what happened in national convention

  • mukesh kumar sinha says:

    Kapil sir,
since the matter of 1 hr 20minutes is subjudice so unless the case is withdrawn kvs authority is not at all
ready to talk on this matter.Better have a faith on court and almighty God.

  • Sonia says:

What about change in timings? Is it forgotten? For most of us ladies it is absolutely necessary. What have you to say?

  • vijeyesh pande says:

Friends i take the opportunity to share with you all that the matter pertaining to enhanced timing of 1.20hrs is already in discussion with commissioner KVS and he is made fully convinced on the issue.Commissioner sir has also assured that after having a detail discussion with Chairman CBSE,he will withdraw the same, if it is not made compulsory for other affiliated schools also. Lets hope and be positive ………….Gen Sec.AIKVTA

    • Harjit Singh says:

Mr PANDEY KV TEACHERS ARE HIGHLY QUALIFIED AND INTELLIGENT . NO ONE SHOULD HAVE ANY DOUBT ABOUT IT. I REQUEST YOU YOU SHOULD NOT ANY DOUBT ABOUT IT. WHAT ARE THEMINUTES TO BE DISCUSSED IN IN DC CONFERENCE EVERY TEACHER KNOW. ANY LAW PASSED IN THE PARLIAMENT CAN NEVER BE CHANGED BY KVS COMMISSIONER WHICH ALREADY GET THE NOD OF BOG. EITHER KVS COMMISSIONER OR YOU MAKING NONSENSE OF DEDICATED KVS TEACHER.

  • prirhvi says:

promotion policy should be such as to give weight- age to experience also. Competition should be only just to qualify as is done in NVS. KVS is the only organisation where experience is not counted. So senior good teachers who have given good results, were made busy by the principal for school work could not get time for preparation because of sincerity. They can never be promoted and can never be recognised. So,pl take care of them.A teacher at 50 yr of age can not compete with 36 yrs because of speed but having better knowledge and better management skills

  • prirhvi says:

pl.make clear whether we have to take tuition fee from class I to XII or IX to XII

  • vijeyesh pande says:

I am not giving any assurence, but trying to share the content of my discussion with the commissioner KVS and his stand after the discussion. Vijeyesh

    • MJ says:

      Dear MR Pande,
Since you are the general secy. of kvs aikvta hence the official representative of nearly 50,000 plus teachers. I therefore just want to say the following:-

Any communication kvs administration makes with you formally or informally is between you and them. But when you share that on blog with fellow teachers they believe you 100 percent hence it becomes your duty to follow up on it and update us as well as follow up with the kvs administration on that issue regularly till a final desired result is obtained.

The anixty of the teachers is so high. Any communication from you giving almost certain hope that extended timings will be reversed certainly is not believed due to past experience with kvs admiistration statements.

It is certain that CBSE cannot impose the extention of timings in all OTHER CBSE AFFILIATED schools. Hence here you have a chance to prove yourself that you can get things done and also make believe that kvs admin sometimes do realise their mistakes and are ready to take corrective action under the cover of CBSE failing to implement it in any institution in India..

By the way when is the CAT date on hearing of extended timigs presently applicable only in kvs schools across India.

  • jasbir says:

heard kvs is going to change school timings from 8.30 am to 2.40 pm for students and from 7.30 for teachers . is it true.

  • piyush says:

but why is it from 7:30 for teachers .

  • Charan s says:

Macp is 6pay commissions recommendation.if kvs follows ccs 1965 than it must grant MACP to its teachers frm the day th 6th pay commission became effective.also there should be a proper health insurance policy from kvs side to its employees if CGHS is not capable of covering those employees .this is what that had been replied in th parliament.please whenever such replies are presented it should come in complete form not in halves as was given by the kvs in its letter showing inability to grant cghs to teachers. One more thing even if the time is reduced ,all the teachers who had been working for additional one hour thirty minutes for the entire last one and half year must be paid the salaries likewise.

  • Harjit Singh says:

IN THE ABOVE SMENTIONED LETTER SUB,MITTED TO CHAIRMAN KVS HAS NOT MENTIONED OF INCREASED WORKING HOURS WHICH IS PROBLEM OF ALL KVS TEACHERS, THIS SIMPLY SHOWS THAT HOW MUCH AIKVTA IS CONCWERNED ABOUT THE MOST PAINFUL PROBLEM OF KVS TEACHERS.

  • Pv dwivedi says:

I’m amused as much I’m pained to find the irrational and biased attitude of certain bloggers who maybe educated / intelligent as they claim but lack comprehension of Associational strategy to deal with a stubborn Government that cares little for teachers. Timing issue, as I presume may have been left out as the matter is subjudice and any prudent thinking leader would not place that issue before a Minister who is the architect and pioneering force behind the policy on behalf of GOI. One line reply that the matter is subjudice may terminate any discussion on the matter. The GS has a better sense to wait for the court decision /outcome of assurance from the commissioner and didn’t circumvent other vital concerns of teachers due to one issue that may not yield the desired results immediately. Better to leave certain things to persons who carry the responsibility. While positive discussion on any issue is a healthy symptom, deliberate diversionary tactics adopted by some with ulterior motivates is deplorable. Let’s understand and sooner is better.

  • MJ says:

    Sh. Vijeyesh pandeji,

Now that it has been over 15 days since you requested for an audience with the HONORABLE HRD MINISTER & Chairman KVS please update on any communication received from the Minister / Minister’s OFFICE.

Kindly update us all so that we too come to know how sensitive and communicative is our new HRD minister who is supposed to be highly learned and understanding.

We all know that the minister may not be able solve all problems but at least be available to listen out his deptt. people and understand their point of view as it helps get feedback from all channels and take appropriate actions timely.

Let this myth be also exposed to all teachers
