    Dear sir,
Your letter addressed to the Hon’ble PM was for two important issues-MACP and CGHS.But HRD and KVS haven’t touched the issue of MACP very conveniently and cunningly. When MACP is implemented to a section of employees in the same organisation how can they deny it to another section in the same organisation? This is a double standard.Anyway the matter is in the court to be decided.

I don’t know whether this will work or not but we shouldn’t leave any stone unturned to get our genuine demand. Thanks a lot.

    Dear Mr MAZUMDER,
The fight for MACP was started by you and in your tenure we had almost got it i fail to understand then for what reason is it not implemented till now.

As per your last comments before retiring you had written on this blog that you had absolute confirmed information regarding approval of macp for teachers by the then HRD MINISTER KAPIL SIBAL. Further a committee formed to look into the formalities of implementation of macp for kvs teachers.

NOW THEN WHAT IS HOLDING THE HRD/KVS TO IMPLEMENT IT FOR TEACHERS.

I request you to kindly explain this factually and bring crystal clear clarity in the matter so that all kvs teachers will come to know who is the “RAVAN” in the implementation of macp for kvs teachers

    awaiting your detailed reply

    Thanks & Regards

Whatsoever was told or posted then was based on factual position, all documents, correspondence between MHRD and KVS indicating imminent grant of MACPS for KV Teachers was posted on this site. I don’t have any locus standi in dealing with the matter after retirement. It appears laxity on the part of KVS / MHRD is pushing the issue to abyss. My personal reading..court case may not yield desired result. If only the teachers of KVS, NVS, CTS, DM School, Atomic energy school, Railways school are organised to stage dharna at Jantar Mantar to press the /Ministry of Finance/Govt.to have reconsideration on the matter. Remember, state Govt. employees click because they count for election interests of parties and are organised because they are localised, limited to a particular region. But our vastness and dispersed presence through out the country should also be considered as an added advantage for we may be able to raise our voice from all corners, through all political stakeholders in different regions.Only one active region cant. force GOI to have a different look at KV teachers problems even through Court cases. Remember again, this is the election year and let all teachers raise them selves above selfish interests and inherent systematic weakness; being teachers of the children of a sizable section of knowledgeable population, lets go all out to publicise our academic achievements even as we suffer from the seizure mentality of Govt.towards the KV Teachers. Only KV teachers number more than 35k and if just 10% of them truly indulge themselves in collective good, in mobilising the important voices in our society and invoke the intellectual conscience of media at large, Govt will be impacted and even if we don’t get desired result soon, it may show direction for future. I wish we can…

    MR MAZUMDER,
I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW FROM YOU HAVE YOU RECEIVED ANY REPLY TO YOUR LETTER TO THE PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA.

and if at all which i fear not what is the reply.

NOW tell us what can one do if the person sitting in chair does not respond to all decent methods of appeals, protests etc.

Hence only way left is goondagardi or become in sink with the system and become selfish and make what ever comes your way as there is no hope of justice from the kvs/mhrd.
